I know what I just asked is going to trigger some of you to no end. After all, this quote is hand-lettered and hanging on the office walls of boss babes around the world. It sounds so good it may even be wrist-tattoo worthy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But let's take a big ol' clumsy step back. Is what others think of us really none of our business? Or is only SOME of what others think of us none of our business? What if someone else's opinions of you provided you with inspiration, encouragement, and a feeling of intense belonging? Surely you wouldn't throw their opinion out the window. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ No, it's the voice of the critics that you want to silence. You want to tell them you ARE good enough. You ARE strong enough. You ARE resilient. You will not let their negativity pull you down. #nottodaysatan ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But what if you turned that metaphorical frown upside down?
